JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Aluminum and Façade to lead and oversee façade-related construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in aluminum systems and façade engineering, with proven expertise in managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 10-15 years of project management experience in the aluminum façade or related construction sectors.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Strong knowledge of façade systems, curtain walls, glazing, and aluminum cladding.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction site safety and local regulations.

• Develop and implement detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and manpower allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and design teams to ensure compliance with design intent and technical specifications.
• Maintain and monitor project timelines, ensuring that key milestones are met.
