Job Title: Project Manager – Aluminum and Façade

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in aluminum and façade systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering façade and aluminum projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing project teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations, and acting as the key liaison between clients and stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Experience:

Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the aluminum, façade, or construction industry.

• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, aluminum curtain walls, cladding, and glazing techniques.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or related design tools.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
• High level of problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with construction safety practices and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per mont

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and design teams to ensure alignment with project specifications and goals.
• Create and maintain project schedules; ensure that all milestones and deadlines are met.
