POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager – Façade to oversee the full lifecycle of façade projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale façade construction projects in the UAE or GCC region.
This role also includes coordination with engineering teams, as well as oversight of project engineers. Candidates with experience in both engineering and project management will be given preference.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in façade construction, with at least 3 years in a project management capacity.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
