This role offers the opportunity to lead a landmark 150th-anniversary campaign celebrating a historic conservation organization. As Project Manager, you will coordinate large-scale initiatives including a 1,500-mile relay, regional events, and digital experiences, ensuring alignment across departments and partners. You will manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to guarantee projects are executed efficiently and on schedule. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and cross-team coordination. You will play a central role in shaping experiences that deepen community engagement, build awareness, and strengthen membership. The role provides a flexible, remote-friendly environment for those based in the Northeast, with high visibility and impact on milestone initiatives. \n Accountabilities Lead planning and execution of AMC 150 initiatives, including the relay, events, and digital campaigns. Coordinate bi-weekly cross-department meetings to align priorities and track progress. Ensure clear ownership and logistical coordination for relay legs, local events, and programming across regions. Serve as the primary point of contact for project initiatives, maintaining communication with volunteers, partners, and staff. Monitor project timelines, identify at-risk initiatives, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Facilitate cross-team collaboration and provide clear documentation of priorities, next steps, and responsibilities. Make recommendations to improve workflows, efficiency, and project documentation using tools such as Airtable, Jira, and Microsoft Suite. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in project management, marketing coordination, or a related role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of building relationships across diverse teams. Tech-savvy with proficiency in project management tools (Airtable, Jira, Microsoft Office Suite). Experience with marketing workflows, content creation, and campaign coordination. Ability to manage deadlines and deliver results within established timelines. Collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
