The Project Manager is required to provide management of construction Projects, project teams and stakeholders. The Project Manager will provide technical, scope, budget, design, Safety and schedule advice to subcontractors, stakeholders and the client in all aspects of a project’s lifecycle. The Project Manager will work as part of the larger Amentum Projects and Construction team in achieving Project and Program success through coordinated Project Delivery as part of a program of works.

Reporting Relationships

The Project manager will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and Projects and Construction Senior Managers. The Project Manager will work in a team workplace, interacting with many site stakeholders (including customers) on a daily basis. A helpful, professional approach is required at all times.

Essential Responsibilities:

Working under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager shall demonstrate and provide project leadership in their area of responsibility. Report to the Senior Project Manager on a weekly basis for coordination with the remainder of the Construction Portfolio. Provides support to the Proposals team prior to, during and following tenders. These tasks include the drafting of a Statement of Work and Response Schedule, bid analysis, organizing project documentation, providing vendor feedback and supporting contract negotiations. Develop and implement the Project Management Plan for all phases of the project (Project Initiation, Project Execution, Construction, etc.)
