Responsible for planning, managing and leading key strategic projects from initiation through completion, ensuring consistency with strategy, purpose and goals. YOUR CHALLENGE Lead projects in an international S/4HANA environment and other financial accounting and finance transformation projects and responsible for increasing efficiency and development of the international SAP landscape Support the development and improvement of financial systems and their integration to the bank’s core-banking system. Supporting SAP S/4HANA modules and their standard processes and customizing as well as in-house developments for a range of SAP modules including FI/CO/AA/AP/AR/SD/MM/RE-FX/TRM/VIM in a global environment and its integration to the bank’s core-banking system Responsible for business analysis and project management and providing respective information including data flows, roadmaps, timeline, business requirements and testcases. Regular communication with the Management about project status, escalation, meeting targets in scope, time, and cost Represent financial accounting in co-operation with other finance units (Group Tax, Tax, Management Accounting, IT-Operations, Payroll, etc.) YOUR PROFILE Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Information Technology Strong SAP knowledge (SAP FI, GL/AP/AR/AA/MM/SD/MCA/Arriba/ TRM/RE-FX/VIM) Several years' work experience as business analyst and project manager in the implementation of international SAP S/4HANA projects as well as core-banking projects Several years' work experience in the Financial Accounting department of a bank within an international environment is an advantage Knowledge and experience in SAP FI-GL and core-banking interfaces, multi-currency accounting and/or vendor invoice management, and/or Ariba is an advantage and/or core-banking projects Experience in digitalization and SAP – core-banking integration Good knowledge of engineering and change management Good understanding of finance related IT applications and MS Office products Fluent in German, English (written and spoken) Team player Strong communication and presentation skills High motivation and drive to get things done Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial spirit High flexibility We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
