Job Requirements Project Manager and Analyst (Mobile and Connected Vehicle Services) Experience: 8-14 years | Location: Onsite – Czech Republic | Positions: 1 Languages: English – Mandatory, Czech – Mandatory, German – Optional Role Summary: Lead delivery of Mobile and Connected Vehicle Services programs, acting as the primary interface between business stakeholders and engineering teams. Own project governance, requirements management, Agile delivery, release planning, stakeholder communication and service delivery while utilizing AI-assisted analysis and ensuring all AI-generated outputs are validated for quality, security, compliance and business correctness. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a single point of contact for business and technical stakeholders. Lead project planning, sprint management, delivery tracking, release governance, and reporting. Drive requirements elicitation, backlog refinement, user story development and acceptance criteria definition. Coordinate Agile ceremonies including planning, reviews and retrospectives. Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Support UAT, business acceptance, and production deployment activities. Leverage AI tools for requirements analysis, documentation, reporting, and project insights. Review and validate AI-generated requirements, business artifacts and documentation for completeness, accuracy, security, compliance, and traceability. Required Skills: 8+ years in project management, service delivery, or business analysis. Strong Agile, Scrum, SAFe and DevOps experience. Experience delivering enterprise mobile applications or digital platforms. Strong stakeholder management and requirements engineering skills. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or equivalent ALM tools. Hands-on experience using AI tools for analysis, documentation and delivery governance. Ability to review and govern AI-generated outputs for quality, security, and compliance. Good to Have: Mobility, connected services, or automotive experience. PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master or Product Owner certification. Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field. Benefits depending on seniority, our budget for the role is between 90,000 - 130,000 CZK gross/month
