We are TDS. We were established in 2003 to operate tenancy deposit schemes across the UK and to provide dispute resolution services in relation to tenancy deposits. We now operate tenancy deposit schemes in England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland from our head office in Hemel Hempstead and our other offices in Glasgow and Belfast. In 2022 we also launched the New Homes Ombudsman Service. We are collaborative and forward-thinking with our colleagues and customers at the heart of everything we do. With our proven success, it is necessary to expand our team to ensure the services we offer continue to make a difference.
We have an opportunity within our Technology team to join them as a Project Manager and Business Analyst.
This is a full-time, permanent position that will be based in our TDS office in Hemel Hempstead and will follow our hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.

Responsibilities
  • Initiating, managing, and successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, while adhering to the established project management methodology.
  • Collaborating with the business to gather and define requirements, translating them into clear user stories and specifications, and developing acceptance criteria that ensure alignment with business objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Taking full ownership of the technical and process requirements for each project to ensure the successful achievement of the defined business objectives.
  • Adopting a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving, while optimizing the use of available systems and resources.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and document business processes and functional requirements, including feasibility studies, using recognized modelling techniques and methodologies.
  • Lead and oversee project development from start to end, including the identification and management of project dependencies and the critical path.
