REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and estimating within the construction industry.
• Education: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in project management software.
• Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent is an asset.

• Project Management: Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Estimating: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, analyzing labor, materials, and time requirements.
• Team Leadership: Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
