Project Manager and Estimator – High-End Custom Construction

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of design, construction, and client service. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and a professional presence to high-end residential ground-up builds, remodeling, and light commercial projects. Strong estimating experience is highly valued, and interest in applying AI to construction workflows is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage projects from pre-construction through completion
  • Lead estimating, bidding, and proposal development
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, trades, and clients
  • Conduct regular site visits (pre-bid + weekly during construction)
  • Track budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Review contracts and manage vendor/subcontractor agreements
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and design professionals
