Anglicare is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to deliver multiple projects across our organisation, with a focus on delivering people and shared services initiatives. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with our strategic objectives.
Note: This a 6-month contract position with an immediate start pending successful background checks.

Your opportunity

  • Manage projects from planning through to close and handover.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across business units and functions.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Build, lead, and motivate project teams, including business analysts, change managers, and SMEs.
  • Provide clear project governance, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure effective communication across all stakeholder groups.
  • Coach team on project delivery practices and contribute to the project management community of practice.

What you’ll bring

  • Certification or qualification in project management or business management.
  • Experience delivery human resource projects is an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven experience delivering business projects and technology.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Agile, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic, complex, or ambiguous environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and frameworks.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, optimistic approach.
  • Exposure to aged care, healthcare, home care service delivery, or related industries is desirable.
  • Experience working with not-for-profits or charitable organizations is preferred.
