We are currently seeking a Project Manager (internally titled as Initiative Lead) to join our Aged Care Services (ACS) Transformation Team on a 12 month full time fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will plan and lead the delivery of projects and initiatives aligned with Anglicare Southern Queensland’s Strategy through all stages including scoping, initiating, planning, executing and close out (including support hand over and benefit realisation) in accordance with all governance framework and reporting requirements.

This role is suited to candidates with experience delivering organisational improvement and transformation initiatives, particularly in process optimisation and uplift projects within complex environments.
