Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Project Manager is responsible for collaborating with the China PMO team to support the acceleration of registration and launch of Imported Self Care products in China, supporting China’s future plans sourced primarily out of EMEA, with Helsingborg, VDR and EMEA EM’s as production sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This will include work with RPM Suppliers, Alternative Supplier, inbound logistics, manufacturing (IM and EM), Technical Operations, Warehouse for raw material, packaging material and finish product, Import and Export and supporting facilities and utilities.
  • Overseas suppliers lack capability for China DMF filing. DMF owners (located outside of China) do not understand China HA requirements and lead times. This manager will play an important role to Strengthen DMF filings for overseas suppliers by enabling DMF related compliances and filing for overseas suppliers. Will be point of contact between country and overseas suppliers / EMEA team.
  • There are difficulties in engaging overseas suppliers in the heavy lift of work for DMF filing/approvals for China market (business size, IP disclosure concerns, capability gaps and reluctance to participate in ongoing China HA scrutiny/audits). The leader will help to strengthen the Supplier Selection process as point of contact between overseas suppliers and AP region / market.
  • Facilitate quality discussions between HSB / VDR +EM sites and China. Support set the guardrail for the products to be launched.
