Job Description About you You are someone who wants to influence your own development. You bring to Applaudo the following competencies: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable. 3–5 years of experience managing end-to-end technology or software development projects. At least 1 year of previous experience as a software developer or in a technical role. Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. Familiarity with project assurance roles and structured reporting models. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk and contingency planning. High attention to detail and commitment to quality and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure client expectations are met. Deep understanding of contract management and budget control. English – Full Professional Proficiency. You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: Lead and oversee the delivery of project deliverables according to scope, quality standards, and timelines. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, and risk management. Monitor development cadence and ensure that outputs align with project requirements. Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Track overall progress, performance, and resource usage, taking corrective actions when necessary. Maintain regular and structured communication with upper management, clients, and internal teams. Ensure all reporting structures are followed and documentation is kept up to date. Conduct project evaluation reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure a clear understanding of client expectations and align delivery to meet those needs. Oversee budget execution and ensure adherence to financial and contractual commitments. Coordinate with stakeholders to manage changes in project scope or direction. Promote continuous improvement by contributing to the development of project management best practices and lessons learned. Qualifications Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent.
