$50,000 – $135,000/year (based on experience)

If you’re an experienced Project Manager ready to run large-scale electrical construction projects, or an eager self-starter looking to break into the field, we want to hear from you. We’re hiring for multiple roles in San Marcos and Upland, and we’re building teams that lead with skill, hustle, and heart.
What You’ll Do
Take charge of the day-to-day — from timecards and expenses to safety paperwork and contract compliance.
Own the details: monitor tools, materials, and installation quality.
Walk jobsites regularly and build trusted relationships with Foremen and field crews.
Solve problems before they start — you’re the glue that keeps jobs on schedule and within budget.
What You Bring
Electrical construction experience is a huge plus, but not a dealbreaker. We’ll train the right go-getters.
Strong organization, clear communication, and a hunger to grow.
A proactive eye — you notice what others miss and step in before it escalates.
