Construction Project Manager – Full-Time
Location: Woodstock, ON
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: $100k to $150k per year depending on experience
We are currently hiring a Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and experienced professional with a strong background in managing commercial or institutional construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full project lifecycle from planning through closeout
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on time and on budget
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Prepare progress updates, cost forecasts, and client invoices
  • Oversee procurement, permits, documentation, and contract administration
  • Lead project meetings and maintain communication with stakeholders
  • Track and archive project documents, RFIs, submittals, and reports
  • Deliver closeout packages and ensure all deficiencies are resolved

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • PMP certification or equivalent (asset)
  • 5–7 years of project management experience in construction
  • Strong knowledge of CCDC contracts and Ontario building regulations
  • Proficient with project management tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure
