QUALIFICATIONS:

• A recognized diploma/bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the IT field.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in project management or team leadership.
• Proven track record in effectively managing SLAs and collaborating with multiple vendors.
• Prior experience in ServiceNow will be advantageous.
• Have a good understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools.
• Have knowledge and experience in implementing cloud solutions for applications and infrastructure systems.
• It will be an added advantage if certified in Project management or related fields.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Manage the seamless rollout of IT projects, ensuring efficient implementation and delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of managing applications and infrastructure systems for optimal performance.
• Effectively communicate project expectations, progress, and risks to stakeholders and team members.
• Showcase proven expertise in managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and cultivating effective relationships with multiple vendors.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge and experience in implementing cloud solutions for both application and infrastructure systems.
