Description
Plan and own the development of the business cases, along with the budget for digital systems which align with Agency Outcome. Create and manage an efficient roadmap to deliver the digital systems Strategise how different types of initiatives should be managed and coordinated, and highlight the interdependencies between the projects Establish standards for reporting on progress, improve processes to drive efficiency or scale growth Manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains, especially around setting delivery expectations of quality and scope and communicating progress Understand risks to delivery and manage them to lower the overall risks Acquire and manage financing and resourcing of the programme to allow delivery to flow seamlessly Define KPIs and corresponding measurements Resolve interdependent projects’ higher scope issues / conflict resolution Manage and execute the procurement and audit of IT systems in a timely manner Ensure that projects are performed based on the project plan to meet identified business needs and outcome, within agreed parameters of cost, duration and quality. Analyse impact of requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address changing business needs, and work with support team to understand and address technical problems (Operations & Maintenance phase) Assess and apply the right project management methodologies, such as Agile practices, to ensure project success. Actively engage and motivate various key partners to deliver and effect positive change of digital products. Would be advantageous if you have managed 2 full project development life cycles, with at least one using Agile methodology. Strong vendor and key partners leadership skills. Strong stakeholder management balancing both the analytical aspect and the people aspects. Strategic, technical thinker to understand and manage the complexity of people and technology Experience in handling application digital solutions, preferably involving Cloud, Design Thinking, Data Analytics or Product-Centric Development. Experience in tender bids, calls, evaluations or presentations. Project Management-related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT or PMI. Agile-related certification such as Certified Scrum Master. Knowledge or experience in implementing projects in AWS as well as at least one of the following areas (Agile Methodologies, Cloud, Internet and Mobile Technologies, Record Management, Data Analytics and Service Design)
