POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Junior Project Manager to support our construction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for construction. You will assist in coordinating schedules, managing subcontractors, tracking budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–3 years of experience in construction or project coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.) a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and documents.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all phases of construction projects.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure clear understanding of project requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is performed to specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and daily reports.
  • Help manage procurement of materials and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Support in resolving issues that arise during construction to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain safety compliance and quality control standards on job sites.
