PROJECT MANAGEMENT & DELIVERY:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of smart city and government digital projects across multiple workstreams.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations in coordination with technical and business leads.
• Drive Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) as required.
• Ensure project milestones are met on time, within scope, and within budget.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in technical project delivery.
• Proven experience managing government technology projects or digital transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, APIs, databases, and system integration.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Stakeholder Management: Skilled at working with senior government officials, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Communication: Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences; fluent in English (Arabic a plus).
• Problem Solving: Decisive under pressure; able to anticipate challenges and unblock teams.
• Leadership: Proactive, collaborative, and able to drive delivery in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Cultural Awareness: Experience working in or with government entities in the GCC region is highly preferred.
  Requirements:* 8+ years in IT project leadership (integrations, cloud deployments).
• Proven record managing teams and delivering on time.
• Excellent communication in English and arabic
• PMP/Prince2 or equivalent certification preferred;
• UAE/KSA location/relocation.
• Frequent travel across middle east
