Description
Being responsible for establishing the full project schedule, based on the critical path and key project milestones. (P6 costing/resource scheduling) as well as the overall budget including hard and soft costs & insurances Coordinating the multi-disciplinary Design Team Fully supporting the clients own Project Manager as required Manage the contractors and sub-contractors on site Be responsible for cost / change control, including the change order review, negotiation, & delay analysis Lead on the Budget Management Schedule monitoring, tracking and analysis Ensure QA/QC is being carefully followed and report any issues or problems Oversee the Invoice / Payment Application processing, tracking and reporting Coordination and management of all client-direct contractors, and consultants Ensure the project is fully completed before occupancy begins You have an education in Industrial or Civil or Construction or Architecture or Electromechanical or Electrical engineering You have minimum 5 years in complex led construction projects e.g. hospitals, pharmaceutical plants You are an enthusiastic team player with an eye on optimisation and detail. You have strong communication skills You are a fluent bilingual in English and French You have a proven construction background with previous PM, Employers Agent, Owners Rep experience, ideally from a consultancy background
