PROJECT MANAGER - ARCHIBUS/SAP:

On behalf of our Corporate Real Estate client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager - Archibus/SAP for a 9-month role. This position can be a remote position with candidates working in the EST time zone.

PROJECT MANAGER - ARCHIBUS/SAP - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The project involves leading the RFP phase of a specific project, aimed at evaluating market alternatives to the current Project Management solution. The candidate will manage the vendor selection process and develop implementation recommendations for potential software transition or upgrade.

PROJECT MANAGER - ARCHIBUS/SAP - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• Strong project management experience with formal training (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Experience in vendor management and RFP processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities
• Proven ability to mentor and coach teams
• Experience with Archibus software
• Familiarity with SAP ARIBA S4/HANA

PROJECT MANAGER - ARCHIBUS/SAP – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience in Corporate Real Estate functions
• Familiarity with construction management
• Bilingual capabilities
• Experience in application transition management
• Familiarity with JIRA and MS365 applications

• Manage the RFP process, including vendor evaluation and selection
• Lead contract negotiation and internal governance processes
• Develop and communicate project recommendations related to application transition and change management
• Maintain project budget and ensure compliance with audit requirements
• Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders and executive teams
