JOB DESCRIPTION

Molzen Corbin, an employee-owned company, has been delivering high-quality engineering and architectural solutions to New Mexico communities for almost 65 years. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Architectural team. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of architectural services, such as integrating internal design and engineering teams, preparing fee proposals, developing construction documents, conducting building code and zoning reviews, producing cost estimates, and managing bid and construction administration activities. The Project Manager will ensure that project goals, budgets, timelines, and design standards are consistently met. It is preferred the ideal candidate will have experience managing municipal projects, including libraries, public safety facilities, sports and recreation centers, multi-generational and community centers, infrastructure development, airports, wastewater treatment plants, and testing laboratories. Candidates must hold a degree in architecture and have a minimum of five years of industry experience. Strong technical knowledge, organizational abilities, and effective communication skills are essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture and Revit is preferred. This is an in-person position in our Albuquerque office.
