OVERVIEW:

A well-established architecture and planning firm in Miami, FL is seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience managing high-rise building projects and hands-on involvement in the construction process. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background, excellent leadership abilities, and advanced Revit skills — particularly in developing complex Revit models to support large-scale commercial and high-rise developments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of architecture firm experience managing high-rise and commercial projects through construction.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (complex model development required).
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction documents, and compliance codes.
• Proficient in CAD and other drafting software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) REQUIRED.
• Experience in interior design will not be considered relevant for this role.

• Lead and manage project teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of architectural projects.
• Coordinate with clients, in-house staff, and external consultants including engineers and landscape architects.
• Communicate project updates, revisions, and technical details clearly in both English and Spanish.
