Project Manager with responsibilities to include:
Field Measuring
Design development
Drafting
Preparation of construction documents
Rendering
Misc. Office duties
Permit Filings
Overseeing 2+ projects and coordinating all five phases of architecture
Construction Administration
Required knowledge of and proficiency in the following:
Autocad, Rhino, Enscape, Rendering, Sketching, Outlook/Email, Microsoft Office, construction documents
As an Architecture and Interior Design firm, Schneider Architectural Works has projects ranging from Kitchen renovations to new construction to whole house renovations in Classical and Contemporary styles.. Many of the projects are located on Long Island’s North shore; some of which are renovations to Gold Coast Estates constructed in the early 1900’s by renowned Architects Hunt & Hunt, H.T. Lindeberg, Hoppin & Koen and August & Noel.
