Group annual bonus scheme. We are seeking a highly capable and driven Project Manager to join our London office. This is a strategic role at the intersection of global transformation delivery and operational enablement, offering exposure to executive-level decision-making and multi-market operations. You will work closely with: Head of Change (based in London) Chief Operations Director (based in Bermuda) Regional leadership teams in Bermuda, USA, London – and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, is passionate about change and transformation, and wants to shape the future operating model of a global reinsurance broker. Key Responsibilities Change & Transformation Support the design and rollout of our global transformation program, including the Target Operating Model & Digital Strategy Lead or assist in cross-functional projects, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement across multiple geographies Produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and board-level audiences Track and manage action items from key meetings, ensuring accountability and timely execution Business Analysis & Process Improvement Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions Develop and implement SOPs and best practices across global offices Evaluate and support new technology implementations that enhance operational efficiency. Operational Enablement Monitor and report on operational performance metrics, driving continuous improvement. What we are looking for We’re seeking a candidate with deep expertise in business analysis within a commercial Reinsurance context, who also brings knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm in other areas, including: Business analysis: highly skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and translating business needs into actionable solutions. Insurance domain knowledge: experience in London Market insurance (and reinsurance ideally) broking workflows, claims lifecycle, and compliance Insurance platforms: OpenTWINS or similar PAS. Whitespace/PPL, a broking or underwriting workbenches; CRMs, Change & Transformation Experience: Led major system implementations, migrations, and process redesign projects; familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
