Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Ewloe / Glasgow/ Leeds/ Cardiff – Hybrid
Salary: £28,000 to £32,000
Contract type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Objectives:

  • Deliver telecommunications projects on time, within scope and budget
  • Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Track, manage, and escalate supplier delays or customer-side blockers
  • Drive proactive planning, handover quality, and documentation standards
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience across the delivery lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting through ticketing and project systems

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of voice and connectivity solutions
  • Manage new order validation, provisioning workflows, and Go Live coordination
  • Lead onboarding and project calls with customers and internal departments
  • Work closely with engineering team and third-party suppliers to manage timelines and technical prerequisites
  • Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery
  • Maintain clear documentation and regular updates in ticketing/project systems
  • Ensure timely, high-quality customer handovers and internal transitions to support
  • Participate in WIP reviews, escalation calls, and delivery improvement initiatives
  • Provide visibility of key metrics and project progress to stakeholders
  • Uphold quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
