Artisan Roofing is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial roofing projects in the Halifax region. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and providing support to subcontractors and crews. Working with vendors, managing timelines and materials, upholding safety and quality standards, and acting as the key point of contact for our customers once the job is underway.

• Supervise job sites and subcontractor work
• Conduct pre-job inspections and ongoing site visits
• Identify and address deficiencies
• Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld
• Coordinate material delivery and job scheduling
• Communicate with clients throughout the project
• Track job progress and report on timelines and budgets
• Assist with estimates and provide job details to our quoting team
• Train and mentor crew members
