REQUIREMENTS:

• Mandatory:
• Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English (business writing & oral communication).
• Minimum 2 years of PMA experience in construction/renovation industries.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, calculate quantities, and manage project documentation.
• Immediate availability.
• Preferred:
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Design, or related fields.
• Knowledge of local safety regulations and subcontractor coordination.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
