Phoenix Restorations Ltd. is looking to hire a Project Manager Assistant to work out of our Coquitlam location. This position is primarily responsible for performing administrative assistance while ensuring prompt and professional service to all customers and clients. You will be expected to foster good working relationships at all levels of the organization, meet the company standards for attendance and punctuality and maintain a high level of personal grooming and appearance.
This position is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate who is looking to start their career in this growing industry.

Responsibilities
  • Typing.
  • Data Entry.
  • Outbound and Inbound calls from clients/customers.
  • Upload documentation into our proprietary software program.
  • Create job-specific reports for clients.
  • Prepare invoice.
  • Meet company standards for attendance and punctuality.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Requirements
  • Must possess a high level of accuracy.
  • Be capable of prioritizing workload.
  • Have a high level of multi-tasking ability.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be one step ahead of the Project Manager.
  • Advanced experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook mandatory.
    Compensation: Salary position based on experience. Quarterly Performance Bonus Offered. Sick/Personal Day allowances. Extended Benefits Available.
