We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Assistant to support our construction management team.   • Support project scheduling and coordinate timelines to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Utilize construction management software, including ProCore and Bluebeam, for documentation and communication.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to assist in project planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with team members to track project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Maintain organized records of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
  • Help coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for project-related discussions.
  • Conduct research as needed to support project needs or resolve challenges.
