Office Location & Working Hours: - Location: Tai Seng. - Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, and Saturday, 8:30am to 12:00pm. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage project timelines and schedules. - Allocate manpower, materials, and budget to ensure timely project delivery. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors. - Identify potential project risks and address issues proactively. - Ensure all project activities adhere to contract terms and regulatory requirements. - Oversee work to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with regulations. - Provide regular updates to management and clients on project status. - Monitor project expenses and manage the budget effectively. - Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues as they arise. - Ensure successful completion of projects and proper documentation for handover. Job Requirements: - 1-3 years working experience as a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager in Singapore. - Proven experience in coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and on-site resources. - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software. - Strong communication and writing skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
