JOB SUMMARY

Ryze Outdoor Creations is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Assistant to support our project management team in the successful execution of custom back and front yard projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management principles, project coordination, and relevant software tools. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques and construction site experience.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of contracts, schematics, and general construction processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or management is preferred but not required. Join our team as a Project Assistant where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our construction projects through effective coordination and support!

    Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

  • Assist in the preparation and management of project schedules using Housecall Pro, HeyPros, and other project management software.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Support the project team with managing installation crews and accurate planning.
  • Maintain organized documentation related to contracts, schematics, and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with installers who are on-site to ensure compliance with safety standards and construction protocols.
  • Clearly communicate with homeowners on job progress and manage expectations accordingly.
  • Participate in meetings, taking notes and following up on action items as needed.
  • Help manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and company officers.
