We are also supporting the modernisation and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonise the transport and industry sectors. Job Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support our Operations Manager in managing and delivering projects in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting all project activities to ensure successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards. Support the Operations Manager on all project management related tasks. Set up, maintain, and update the project schedule and overall project planning. Set up and manage project cost control throughout the project life cycle. Prepare regular project reports and performance updates for the Operations Manager. Ensure successful delivery of projects and high customer satisfaction. Work on improvements and development of internal project methodologies and best practices. Support the implementation of standardized project management processes. Follow up with the client for contract and amendment finalization and signatures. Follow up with the client regarding invoices and payments. Request the necessary resources for the continuity and effectiveness of the quality management system. Ensure compliance with emergency procedures and Occupational Health and Safety rules, and support employees in following them. Assess risks related to work accidents, define necessary preventive actions, and inform the QHSE Manager. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QHSE management system and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field (engineering, business, or similar). Minimum 5 years of work experience in project management roles. Advanced level of English and Russian (written and spoken). Experience as a project engineer / project manager in an engineering or industrial company is a strong plus. Familiarity with ISO quality systems. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of contracts and basic commercial terms. Very good communication and stakeholder management skills. High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.
