SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team in [City, US]. This role is vital in advancing our mission by overseeing projects that enhance our services for women affected by violence. The Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring our initiatives are executed effectively and align with our organizational values.

Qualifications * Proven experience in project management within the non-profit sector or related field.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with program development processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in risk management.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Implement change management strategies to support project transitions.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee program development initiatives that enhance service delivery.
• Provide leadership and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
