Position Objective: Direct and coordinate key client projects from their inception to their conclusion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are managed efficiently and effectively. Ensure the achievement of established objectives and deliver a high-quality outcome to clients. Maintain a strong relationship with the company's key clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided. Position Responsibilities: This position involves planning and coordinating key projects, managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensuring effective client communication. It must maintain a strong relationship with clients, guarantee the quality of deliverables, manage risks and issues, and track financial performance and KPIs. The goal is to ensure client satisfaction and project success from inception to completion. Duties: Executive responsibility over projects. Client relations and project status updates. Budget preparation and development of value proposals. Project registration. Development and monitoring of project schedules. Facilitate communication along the value chain, creating spaces to discuss and resolve arising issues. Financial control monitoring. Management of shipments and receipt of goods and services (with suppliers and clients). Management of deliverables and project closure. Post-sale follow-up and client satisfaction surveys. Risk analysis. Development and management of communication and risk control plans. Recording and resolution of incidents. Follow-up on corrective actions. Final project evaluation and identification of improvement opportunities. Management of project KPIs. Administrative and Technical Competences: Expert management of multiple projects and key clients. Advanced mastery of project management methodologies: Highly effective and persuasive communication. Excellence in business analysis and CRM use. Capable of organizing and tracking project progress to ensure alignment with goals and timelines. Able to understand overall business strategies and assess potential risks effectively.
