This role is crucial to ensuring the security and compliance of our software development processes. If you have a demonstrated and advanced background in Agile project management and have the following certifications: IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification, Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM), and an active Secret clearance, we encourage you to apply.

• BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years’ experience.
• One of the following IAT Level II certification (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification. Applications without a certificate will not be considered.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) required. Applications without a certificate will not be considered.
• 4 years+ of successful agile planning and facilitating the complete life cycle of large- scale projects, with competing availability, priorities, and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience defining requirements and writing user stories.
• Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Have the ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
• U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Security clearance.
