Description

Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of automation projects related to semiconductor backend manufacturing lines. Working together with Infineon Haredware and software solution provider to form end-to-end automation concept to improve manufacturing efficiency, in terms of Personnel, Material, and capital efficiency. 1. Project Planning: develop a comprehensive project plan, including setting goals, defining scope, establishing timelines, and allocating resources 2. Team Management: Leading a team of automation engineers, operation engineers (UPE/EE), and other stakeholders. Ensure that each team member is aware of their responsibilities and is working towards the project's objectives 3. Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact the project's success is a critical responsibility 4. Stakeholder Management: Effective communication with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members, is essential 5. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that the automation solutions meet the required quality standards is vital 6. Budgeting and Cost Management: Managing the project budget, including estimating costs, allocating resources, and tracking expenses, is a key responsibility 1. Strong understanding of automation technologies and processes in Semiconductor fields or other industrial manufacturing Fields 2. More than 5 years working Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), a certified project manager (PMP, IPMA or etc. ) is higher preferred 3. 4. 5. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively 6. 7. Hold bachelor degree or above 8.
