JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven management skills and the ability to lead a dynamic team structure.
  • Proficiency in various software applications (MS Office; SAP).
  • At a minimum, fluency in English language with excellent reading and writing capabilities.
  • Critical thinking abilities.
  • Several years of experience in a similar position, ideally within an international company.
  • Prefer automotive background.
  • Excellent experience in Project Management.
  • Excellent command of the required SAP applications and recognizes potential areas for improvement.
  • Keenly aware of the relevant regulations of the USA required automotive industry standards and can apply these accordingly.

Responsibilities

(Important major tasks in logical order)

  • Planning of value stream-oriented process flows, taking lean thinking into account.
  • Initiating and controlling improvement projects, e.g. Proma, and product maturity projects.
  • Controlling regular project communication and cross-project controlling.
  • Support in the evaluation of CIP projects and involvement in optimization workshops.
  • Planning and coordinating internal and production relocations between sites and ensuring that targets are achieved.
  • Defining permanent interface optimization and the corresponding processes for projects
  • Professional and disciplinary management of employees and personnel planning in the area of responsibility.
  • Further development of the work preparation tasks: Time management, specification of process data, and feeding actual data back into calculations.
  • Preparation of the personnel requirement plan and coordination with line managers.
  • Monitoring approved investments within the area of responsibility.
  • Implementing and further developing Lean Methods and tools in the area of responsibility.
  • Involvement in the permanent optimization of the project management system and the work preparation in the group of companies and coordination with the process owner.
