Job Description As a Project Manager, you’ll be the central link between clients, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders. You lead projects from A to Z and ensure that we deliver high-quality, custom-built test systems, on time, within budget, and aligned with customer needs. After an intensive onboarding and training period, you'll quickly become familiar with our solutions, tools, and processes. In this role, you will: Manage project scope, planning, budget, and risk strategy Coordinate international, cross-functional teams Lead project kick-offs and maintain alignment throughout execution Monitor schedules, project costs, and quality Be the main contact for internal and external communication Guide change management and influence project success Maintain strong customer relationships and represent Averna in a professional way Ensure thorough project closure with clear documentation and follow-up Qualifications The ideal candidate in a few words: You hold a Master degree in engineering You have minimal 5 years of experience in technical project management (hardware & software) You’ve successfully managed multi-site, multi-disciplinary project teams You’re a natural communicator, structured and solution-oriented You’re fluent in Dutch and English You’re comfortable with project tools (e.g., MS Project) You have a practical mindset and stay focused, even when things get hectic You’re able to travel occasionally (10–15%) Additional Information What's in it for YOU At Averna, you’ll join a growing and human-focused company where you have room to take initiative, work on cutting-edge technology, and be part of a truly international environment.
