Job Description Provide PM oversight on airport design projects. Meet with clients, regulators, and agencies to develop strong professional relationships. Perform coordination between different elements of buildings design and special airports systems Deal and coordinate with architects and designers Internal coordination with project delivery teams Setting up the inter department agreements for projects Setting up and managing sub consultant agreements Organizing and minuting meetings both internal and with Clients Analyzing resources available versus needed Set up program for project and regular updates Preparing monthly reports of progress updates Preparing presentations for progress meetings in coordination with delivery teams Setting up financial structure of project with supervision of project director Following up on financial project performance with supervision of project director Qualifications Degree in relevant architecture or engineering discipline Proven aviation/airport design experience including project management responsibility Experience with CAA design standards, procedures, and policies prefered Must have excellent communication and client relation skills Strong organization and leadership skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to deal with confidential company matters Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint). · Autocad and BIM user Business Line: Consulting and Operations Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Aviation Direct Region: Asia Pacific Job Family: Project Management - Engineering
