JOB SCOPE Manage multiple IT projects including mission-critical and legacy modernization initiatives Work with project sponsors to clearly establish the scope, deliverable, budget, resource requirement, and expected timeline of the project to align with AXA standards or Agile practice, ITIL best practice including security and compliance Develop comprehensive project plan and implementation based on the gate documentation for management’s approval Collaborate project team members (included external vendors) to deliver tasks according to the milestones set on the project plan Monitor and ensure that the project progresses is in a timely manner, with sufficient level of quality, within agreed scope, and within budget (QDC) Manage and track all related cost with the project Fully take ownership of all IT projects and drive them to success Work with Department Head to prepare and complete the annual budget for projects to be assigned Support Department Head to complete the assigned jobs and documents on occasions Work with project sponsor to clearly establish the scope, deliverable, budget, resource requirement, and expected timeline of the project Work with IT teams to coordinate the issues & strategies related to development, implementation, and maintenance associated with solutions deployed from project initiatives & business quality related work Liaise with project members to manage the project successfully according to the timeline, project documentation, forecasted budget, and cost and benefit analysis to ensure the project standard Analyze the technical and analytical issues and deal with the conflict amongst project members to manage the project within the timeline and budget Brainstorm with the project members to solve and deal with some analytical and technical issues based on assigned projects efficiently To distribute, communicate and monitor an annual program plan To outsource some part of works to external vendors Monitor and track the implementation progress with external vendors and AXA Tech QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree required with preference toward management and/or analytical degree programs (e.g. - business administration, computer science, industrial engineering, etc); MBA preferred, but not required. Proven experience in project management 3 - 5 years as Project Manager Life Insurance business knowledge is strongly preferred Experience in managing IT projects or familiar with front-end and back-end developments is preferred Experiences related to below topics are advantage Legacy (AS/400) to Modern Core (API, Service Based, Cloud) Reporting & reconciliation Experience in policy issuing, administration, premium, payment, claim, core insurance/financial process Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Knowledge in Scrum Master and Agile Good communication skills, service-minded, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, and highly self-motivated Fluent spoken and written English & Thai skill Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and security.
