RESPONSIBILITIES Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each client Ensure alignment of project scope and objectives with client expectations Identify resources or tasks needed for the project Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the engagement cycle (onboarding) Provide project updates via meetings or emails Manage client expectations and ensure any changes are clearly communicated and documented Facilitate collaboration between internal teams Monitor and raise/address issues that may affect the project Ensure a smooth transition from project implementation to client operation QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in managing projects, preferably within IT or B2B environments. Familiarity with working on structured or government-related projects is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to manage client projects from initiation through completion with meticulous attention to detail. Hands-on experience in managing and nurturing client relationships Ability to bring projects to successful closure and maintain ongoing client engagement.
