ABOUT THE ROLE

As Project Manager, B2B Development and Marketing, you will support Cirque du Soleil’s development initiatives with prospects and partners around the world. Reporting to the Vice President, Strategic Development, you will play a key role in executing marketing and development activities, contributing to the promotion of resident shows, seasonal productions, customized events, and innovative entertainment experiences.
This role combines marketing, business development, and project management. You will support the team in monitoring development efforts. You will ensure that customer relationship management tools are kept up to date, develop and update marketing and sales tools, and manage B2B marketing activities. Your contribution will be essential in transforming strategic opportunities into extraordinary experiences.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Global Development team in business development efforts, including pipeline tracking and preparation of development documents.
  • Maintain customer relationship management tools (Salesforce) and produce follow-up reports for the team, the Executive Committee, and the Board of Directors.
  • Develop and update marketing and sales tools (presentations, product sheets, case studies, portfolio, etc.).
  • Manage B2B marketing and communications activities, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring initiatives.
  • Supervise and coordinate digital marketing activities (SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, etc.) in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Coordinate and develop B2B marketing content for digital and social platforms (website, LinkedIn, newsletters, etc.).
  • Manage the corporate B2B website and ensure that content is updated regularly.
  • Participate in coordinating and drafting responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
