Job Description: Project Manager Department: Support Services  Reporting to: Head – Infrastructure Project & Maintenance Department: IPM – Infrastructure Projects & Maintenance   Position Overview:  The Project Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects (Branches, ATMs, and any related infrastructure initiatives) in alignment with approved budgets, timelines, governance standards, and regulatory requirements. The role ensures structured project execution, proactive risk management, strong stakeholder coordination, and disciplined documentation, while guiding project managers to achieve operational excellence and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery & Performance * Managing projects from initiation to handover, ensuring delivery within approved budget, scope & timeline. * Monitor project milestones and proactively address risks, delays, and cost variances. * Ensure quality standards and technical specifications are consistently met. * Oversee contractor and consultant performance and enforce accountability. * Review and validate project layouts to ensure alignment with business requirements, operational efficiency, brand standards, and regulatory compliance. Governance & Reporting * Ensure all project documentation, trackers and MIS records are accurate and up to date. * Review and validate weekly/bi-weekly reports from project managers.  * Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations. * Monitor requisitions, POs, payment cycles, and budget utilization. * Validate purchase requisitions, variation orders, and payment submissions to ensure financial accuracy and proper budget utilization * Ensure all technical drawings, specifications, and contractual documents are reviewed and formally approved before execution Stakeholder & Regulatory Management * Act as primary coordination point with internal stakeholders (Business, Central Procurement, Lease Management, Compliance, and Risk). * Oversee regulatory approvals (CBO, ROP, Civil Defense, SSS, etc.) and ensure timely completion. * Maintain structured communication with consultants, contractors, and external authorities. Team Leadership & Accountability * Guide, mentor, and monitor project managers and assigned team members. * Conduct regular review meetings to assess progress and address performance gaps. * Ensure team adherence to reporting standards, tracking tools, and structured workflows. * Drive a culture of ownership, discipline, and continuous improvement. Cost Management & Quality Control * Review and approve BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost breakdowns to ensure scope accuracy, completeness, and alignment with approved budgets prior to tender issuance. * Review memos, and budget approvals prior to submission. * Ensure optimal resource allocation and cost-efficiency across projects. * Monitor variations and enforce financial discipline in project execution.   Qualifications and Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. * Minimum 3 – 7 years of experience in infrastructure, construction or capital project management.   Personal Specifications & Skills * Strong leadership and team management capability. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong understanding of project management lifecycles. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure while maintaining quality standards. * Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline. * Have a clear understanding of bill of quantities (BOQ) and design drawing. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools  * Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
