The candidate will work with various City agencies to include but may not be limited to: Baltimore City Police Department (BPD), Fire Department (BCFD), Health Department, as well as external partners. This work is essential for the City’s compliance with the Mayor’s Executive Order outlining the City’s use of Opioid Restitution Funds and Paragraph 97 of the Consent Decree and will help shape a more responsive, coordinated behavioral health crisis system.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, evaluation, or quality improvement, ideally in public or behavioral health settings
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to synthesize complex information from multiple systems

  • Experience leading multi-agency workgroups or cross-sector quality improvement initiatives
Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion in public systems
    Background Check
Eligible candidates under final consideration for appointment to positions identified as positions of trust will be required to complete authorization for a Criminal Background Check and/or Fingerprint screening and must be successfully completed.
