Job Description BESIX Watpac is seeking a Project Manager to join our Queensland Construction team delivering an industrial project in the Rockhampton region. This role will be responsible for: Successfully deliver the project in accordance with the company’s procedures. Effectively manage and ensure the timely completion of the works pursuant to the project program, including the administration, financial management and reporting for the project. Project strategy with respect to design management, delivery methodology and procurement. Lead the project team in accordance with the company values and culture. Be responsible for the management, coordination and quality of the works to be performed. Qualifications The incumbent in this role will require: Trade or tertiary qualifications in Construction or Building or related discipline. Demonstrated experience in leading the delivery of building construction projects within time, cost and quality parameters. Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business. Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision-making skills. Proven ability to build and lead an effective results driven team.
