OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive designated projects to success. In this role, you will develop strategies, set goals and timelines, and ensure seamless execution. You will coordinate tasks, provide direction, and support your team to achieve project objectives within budget, scope, and deadlines. Regular stakeholder reporting, risk mitigation, and process optimization will be key aspects of your role.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven track record in project or Capex program delivery.
  • Strong contract management skills for consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Compliance with QA, OH&S, and environmental management systems.
  • Adaptive problem-solving with a flexible approach.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and MS Project.
  • Desirable Knowledge/Experience:
  • Integrated services and property model experience.
  • Strong relationship management with a focus on key client relationships.
  • Experience in 24/7 live environment project delivery.
  • Background in the aviation industry.
  • General Induction for the Construction Industry card.
  • Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Project Management.Post-trade/post-Graduate qualifications in Building systems, Project Management, Engineering, or Business Management.
