JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a detail oriented, organized Project Manager with excellent communication and collaboration project team skills to lead many business transformation initiatives and project deliverables supporting our Thrive Project Team and Government Operations business transformation program of projects. Our Thrive and Operational Project team oversee all technology related projects, supporting the Government line of business and internal operational senior leadership and supporting departments. Project initiatives include process optimization and change management activities related to People, Process & Technology working with software initiatives as under the Government umbrella including but not limited to our main intake, scheduling, visit verification, and clinical documentation systems, with an emphasis on building a Center of Excellence for technology and process best practices, Change Management and operational project evaluation ROI/Metrics. The ideal candidate has extensive experience overseeing the projects, resources, business transformation ensuring timelines, and deliverables are met and projects are completed on time, on budget and with clear consistent communication with all stakeholders with KPI & ROI Benchmarking in place. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Functions as a Project Manager working with Business Analyst/QAs, Sponsors, Subject Matter Experts to deliver efficiency solutions within the Government Business Transformation portfolio • Lead projects from discovery, initiation, through to completion managing scope, budget, resources, risks and timelines while ensuring compliance with regulations, privacy, best practice, and ability to work in traditional SLDC and Agile depending on project needs • Works in collaboration with the other Department Project Managers, liaising with Information System resources, cross functional teams and relevant business partners. • Collaborate with other NDC Departments and Government Branch Operation teams to ensure project deliverables meet timelines, manage communication on milestones and deliverables for any identified project or initiatives. • Support reporting of the financial performance of projects and initiative in terms of meeting financial targets and KPI/ROI objectives. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS Reports to: Sr. Project Portfolio Manager Work Location : Bayshore Healthcare, National Office, Mississauga ON Hybrid – At least 2 days onsite weekly TECHNICAL SKILLS Minimum of 4-6 years of experience: • Coordinating project initiatives & implementing improved operational processes in a growth company • Must demonstrate a successful track record in project management, change management, financial analysis, and continuous improvement. • Proven ability to take initiative and push for business transformation and technology solutions towards continuous improvement and the drive to achieve excellence. Experience with MS Office tools, Project Management Tools • Experience with EMR and CRM software implementations are preferred, considering all stages of project life cycle • Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid methodologies and SDLC are preferred • Experience with Vendor management is preferred SOFT SKILLS • Flexible, adaptable, with strong organization, and time management skills; creative, innovative and collaborative team player; Self-motivated, pro-active, and a disciplined doer with high energy; ability to manage multiple project priorities; Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Strong communicator – working across a variety of business and National Service Center teams at all levels; Relationship builder with multiple stakeholders • Comfortable implementing process improvement changes in a fast-paced environment EDUCATION Completion of a bachelor’s degree and a PMP designation or a Master’s degree (MHA, MBA) or equivalent with relevant experience.
