Project Manager Reports to: VP of IT Operations Salary: $85,000 – $115,000 Remote We are seeking a highly capable, technically adept Project Manager to lead and deliver business-critical technical and compliance projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills with demonstrated experience managing complex IT or cybersecurity implementations particularly within a Managed or government contracting environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional teams in planning, coordinating, and delivering high-impact technical projects aligned with business and compliance goals. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies. Work closely with technical teams and clients to ensure clear communication, accountability, and alignment on project milestones. Apply EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) to drive structure, accountability, and predictable outcomes. Facilitate project check-ins, task reviews, and ensure successful day-to-day execution. Maintain thorough technical documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks. Communicate proactively with stakeholders, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and managing expectations. Qualifications: PMP certification (preferred), or currently pursuing PMP with expected completion date. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree a plus. Proven experience managing technical teams (10+ personnel) and delivering IT or cybersecurity projects. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, ConnectWise). Deep understanding of networking, security principles, and IT infrastructure. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience in risk management, customer success, and cross-functional leadership. Preferred Qualifications: PMP certification is preferred; candidates currently pursuing PMP or with comparable experience will also be considered. Other Requirements: Employment is contingent upon completing a background check and a drug test. Skills testing may be required during the interview process. Lifting equipment weighing 25 lbs. may be required. Compensation is based on experience.
